Login Terms

In requesting a log-in to Raddtraining.co.uk I agree that:

  • I will not divulge my password to anyone and I take full responsibility for my access to this site and any actions undertaken that are associated with my login.
  • Any agreements made on the site are binding for the duration of access including this log-in request.
  • I will change the given password to one of my own choosing immediately.
  • Where courses are purchased by my employer on my behalf, you agree to RADD Training Limited passing my grades, certificates and/or course information to my employer.
  • The email address I supply for my login belongs to me and I am able to access messages sent to the email address.
  • If you do not provide your first name and last name when registering your access will be revoked as the system will not be able to generate correct certification.

Please note that the email address you register with must be unique. Registration will fail if a user already exists with that email address.

Passwords cannot be accessed by anyone else. RADD Training can provide username reminders but not passwords. This is for increased security. If you forget your password, you will need to reset by using the forgotten password facility.

The website will on occasion send you emails in relation to your site access. Please note that some aggressive spam filters may send our messages to your “spam” or “junk” folders. You can prevent this by adding our email address(es) to your email contacts. You will normally receive emails from info@raddtraining.co.uk.
