5. Where website form data is stored (ClickUp)

RADD Training uses ClickUp to manage enquiries and internal workflows. Where you submit information through website forms, your data may be stored within RADD Trainings private ClickUp workspace.

ClickUp states that:

  • data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • web application communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS
  • ClickUp maintains SOC 2 assurance

We only allow access to ClickUp data to authorised personnel.

6. Comments (where enabled)

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect:

  • the data shown in the comments form
  • the visitors IP address
  • the browser user agent string

This is used to help spam detection.

Gravatar

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. Gravatars privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

7. Media uploads

If you upload images to the website (where enabled), avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from images.

10. Who we share website data with

  • ClickUp (for enquiry/workflow management)

We may also share information where required to comply with legal obligations.

  • Comments: if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained to help recognise and approve follow-up comments.
